We have two properties for sale, both require you to pay £8000 for the deposit we have paid.

There is a further deposit required of £5000 for each unit still to be paid.

The properties are situated in the up and coming city of Brno, the Czech Republics 2nd city, where the economy is doing well. The area has a high level of capital appreciation at 15% per annum going forward. If rented, the properties will be fully managed by a very experienced local agent (who we use for other nearby flats). The area has a massive shortage of houses; making it a key area for owner occupiers and professional tenants.
