The main flat has a large bed room with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The floors are real tile and the walls have recently been painted. There are window shutters to block out the morning sun. There are fans and a small TV included.

The bathroom is big enough to contain a bath/shower, a bidet, toilet and sink plus set of drawers.

The garage has been stylishly converted, at considerable cost, into a lovely little studio flat that is ideal for a young couple or teenagers, it contains a kitchen with fridge, hot plate and appliances, a shower, a sofa-bed and TV. There is a separate key to downstairs which allows some privacy if required.

It's located beside a quaint church in a sea-side town called Altura in East Algarve which is 5 minutes drive from Monte Gordo or ten minutes walk along the beach. It's ten minutes away from Spain on the motorway or 30 minutes from Faro airport and 1 hour from Seville airport.

There is 300 days of sunshine yearly and it's still perfect for a holiday in May or June or even October. Both flats can be rented out during the summer months with an annual income of €4000. There are numerous agencies which take care of the letting besides, everyone speaks English very well in Portugal unlike Spain.
