The front is low maintenance.To the front of the house is a delightful 10x5m swimming pool with a pump room beneath. It has a removable plastic cover.There is an external BBQ area with sink beside.

The pool has a wooden changing room with a W.C and wash­hand basin. There is also an external shower adjacent to the pool.Drains are to a fossa and a bore­hole provides water via a large underground cistern for pool, garden and 3 external taps. In the event of a mains failure it can also service the home. Both fossa and bore­hole are registered. The garden has a computerised water irrigation system throughout . Part of the garden is fenced and gated and is therefore suitable for pets. There is a rendered block shed at the rear and a net covered wooden frame car port at the front of the building. Good storage is provided in roof space and under the external stairs to the first floor.
