This 86 sq meter fully furnished two-bedroom modern apartment was completed in 2009 it has a 5 year Builders Guarantee. Daily/weekly maintenance is provided for apartments, gardens, and pool areas by the onsite maintenance team, (small annual fee) 24 hours onsite security is also provided during summer periods to ensure your stay at the complex is relaxed and enjoyable.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom has a big window that overlooks the fantastic pool and gardens, the bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, computer table, bedside lamps, wall and ceiling light fittings, including brand new bedding, quilts, pillows, mattress protectors and towels.

En suite:
Luxury fully tiled en suite including shower, sink, mirrors, fittings, and WC.
Second Bedroom:

The living room leads to the sizable patio area overlooking the fantastic pool; it has a range of modern furniture, including two high quality double leather imitation sofas (one double sofa bed) cable TV, DVD player, phone line, modern wall/floor storage units, and air conditioning.

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with modern wall and floor units, sink, hob, extractor fan, washing machine, and fridge freezer.

Dining Room:
The dinning area has an up to date table and six chairs, matching the living room furniture.

Located in Nessebar the most picturesque town on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast this apartment benefits from the close proximity to the largest summer resort Sunny Beach, which has eight-kilometre long beach of marvellous fine sand, reaching 30-40 meters width at some places, and is famous for its busy nightlife and numerous tourist attractions.

You are next to the wonderful town of Ravda with its beautiful restaurants, secluded beaches, fantastic Black Sea views, and quick access to the highway road linking Varna and Bourgas the major ports of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

Old Nessebar Town has hundreds of shops, restaurants, lots of historic places to visit, most National Banks, Post Office, Town Hall, Schools, Hospitals, Dentists, Options, Supermarkets, Car hire/Car showrooms, DIY , luxury Hotels and fantastic beach.

Nessebar is a World Heritage site, located on a small peninsular near Old Nessebar Town, it has some of the best restaurants, shops and historic sites within Bulgaria.

There is free transport to the Aqua Park (15 every mins) outside the apartments during summer season, the local bus transport runs frequently and is amazingly cheap (outside the complex). Local Taxi’s offer fixed rates for airport and tourist destinations, other trips can be negotiated in advance of travel.

Cost of Living:
Very cheap… local food and drinks are 50% less then the UK, the Bulgarian Leve exchange rate was 2.15 per UK Pound (2010). The annual community charge, water, electric, and maintenance are less then £1,500 per year and other cost i.e. insurance and petrol are much cheaper than the UK.

Local People:
We have made friends with lots of local people, who invite you for traditional Bulgarian meals with their families, however look out for the local brew (Resi) its very strong, Bulgarians are friendly, kind and always willing to help.

A few British/Irish families have permanent residency on Apollon 4 they are offer yearly support to owners of the apartments and they are great company throughout the year.

Local Airports:
Burgas Airport travel time to apartment 30 mins or Varna (60 mins) Sofia (3 hours), they are fast and effective with duty free facilities, McDonalds, bars and coffee shops.
Most UK airports and travel agents fly to Bulgaria during summer season, out of season flights are from the larger UK airports. The average flight cost £197.00 (Thomas Cook 2011).
