Price £250,000

Property Description

This is 5 acres of mountainous land (about 5,000 sq.m) in the Troodos mountains, with water and electricity, over 100 fruit and nut trees, with many almond and walnut trees.

There is also a purpose-built cave dug into the mountain that is part of the land ( about 70 sq. metres) equipped with toilet/shower and running water and electricity.

There is a small wooden hut built on the land with water and electricity, as well as Satellite TV and Internet.

There are also 8 purpose-built large cages for housing chickens, rabbits, dogs and the like.

There are 2 bore wells with pumps supplying an unrestricted water supply for all the lands uses.

In addition, there is the Atsas river that borders the land, as well as a main road bordering too.

Ideal for those that want peace and quiet in an isolated location that is only a walk away from the nearest village.

Spilia-Kourdali are found in the heart of the forest “Adelfoi”. The two villages are found in the middle of one natural mountainous green “amphitheatre”.

Very few villages in Cyprus have such dense natural green landscape as Spilia-Kourdali.

Above these areas there are vines with many almond trees. During spring, the view created by the almond trees that surround Spilia is magic.

Above the vines there are dense forests. In the forests you can find rabbits, partridges, pigeons, jaybirds and other smaller birds. If you make a tour in these forests that surround Spilia-Kourdali you can find abandoned settlements and ruins of churches.
