Property Description

This mobile home is sold as nearly new. It was built and installed in May 2007 and has been used for a total of just 6 weeks. The modern interior sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. It is ideal for young families or couples who are seeking a holiday home from home. It comes with a fresh and cleverly designed interior, wood effect lino flooring and all mod cons needed to make your holidays as comfortable as ever.

The galley style kitchen has plenty of storage space and a special cupboard housing the fridge and microwave. There is an extractor fan and gas hob, and full size electric oven. There is also room for a television. The shower room has a large wash basin with extra storage /cupboard space plus a separate WC. The entry doors have an extra panel allowing the light to flood through. It leads directly onto the lovely new large sun terrace which was installed in May 2008. This extra outdoor living space is an added bonus, with table, chairs and parasol included in the price of the mobile home. The mobile home is equipped with a full inventory kit (a list can be provided on request) and duvets/pillows for each bed.

The campsite is well known in the area as a very well kept, floral and green site. It has everything you would expect a 4 star site to have including reception, laundry facilities, WiFi, internet, swimming pools, mini-golf, tennis site, football ground, bar, takeaway, restaurant and clubhouse. It has entertainment and kids clubs in the height of the season (July/August) and best of all – its very own Leisure Attraction Park. This features the giant waterslides, boating/fishing lake, trampolines, inflateables, summer luge, ball pit, swings, go-karts and many many more......All set in 15 hectares of beautiful lush green parkland.

This area of Brittany is very popular with tourists. Just a 5 minute drive from the site is an array of beaches, all offering something different: surfing, swimming, para sailing, kite surfing, rock pooling, crabbing, or just plain sun bathing....there is something for everyone here.

If you wish to explore the more cultural side of the area why not visit the ancient city of Quimper, with its cobbled streets and half timbered houses, this is the medieval side of Brittany. Locronan, Concarneau, Benodet, La Pointe du Raz, Le Guilvinec and Pont Aven are all within easy reach of the site too.

The site is easily accessible from the ports and airports. Brest and Lorient are just 1 hour away serviced via FlyBe, Ryanair and Air Arran. Roscoff is the nearest port just 90 minutes by car. St Malo is 3 hours, Caen/Cherbourg 4 hours, Le Havre 5 hours and Calais/Boulogne approx 8 hours. There are many ferry companies now who offer cheaper travel, LD Lines, Norfolk Lines and Speed Ferries
