Heating is by electrically powered Norwegian radiators which are very economical and, as they do not dry out the air, designed specially for asthma sufferers. This type of heating system has become increasingly popular in Croatia over the last few years.

For the last 8 years the 2 apartments on the ground floor have been very successfully let to foreign tourists during the summer season.
