On the beautiful, peaceful La Sella Zarzas development, white with gold painted traditional style Spanish properties, Casa Mia gives cool relief from the Mediterranean sun, with her tiled floors, white interior walls and shuttered French windows to the living areas downstairs and the bedrooms. There are five terraces, one of which is a roof terrace with lovely views and a wonderful BBQ and al fresco dining area and sunbeds for relaxing to enjoy the spectacular views. The two bedrooms, one double, one twin, have fitted wardrobes, fresh, white linen, ceiling fans and both rooms lead out through French windows onto a balcony. In the green, tranquil gardens there are five swimming pools cascading from one to the next, finally reaching the beautiful bathing pool, surrounded by Mediterranean trees and shrubs, including orange, almond and olive trees. The shared gardens and pools are there for your enjoyment and pleasure during your stay. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath on the first floor next to the bedrooms and a toilet and basin on the ground floor. The lounge area has two settees, one of which is a large bed settee, which provides another double bed if required. There is a new television and DVD player provided by the open log fire. On the other side of the living area is the dining room with table, chairs and dresser. The kitchen is off the main living area to the back of the house and leads out to the rear terrace and utility area. Internet is available for guests. La Sella is a 24/7 security gated development and the gates to Zarzas are only open to residents with keys and is therefore a safe area. If you enjoy golf, tennis, horse riding, boules, walking, cycling, these activities are all available to you whilst staying at Casa Mia. Go Karting is available in Oliva and there is a multilingual cinema locally. There are two bar/restaurants on the resort, Internet cafe, small store, pharmacy and reception area where bicycles can be hired and walking routes can be obtained. Giramondos provides takeaway meals, as well as its bar/restaurant service. There is also a very good restaurant just outside the urbanisation, which is recommended. It is good to be able to drive to any of the Blue Flag beaches nearby and enjoy the expanse of white sand along the coastline for miles. The local town of Oliva has lovely beaches, which stretch 10 km, marina, restaurants, castle, Go will discover yet more! The markets in the local towns are worth a look. Also there are Fiestas on throughout the year. Information on these are available in the house or from the local tourist information bureau. It is best to have a car for getting out to see the neighbouring villages and their markets and fiestas. The beauty and tranquillity of La Sella is so relaxing. La Sella is the urbanisation that this villa is situated on. The urbanisation has various facilities such as horse riding, boule, golf and tennis. The reception has a restaurant that serves European food, pharmacy, internet shop and information centre. There is 24 hour security which is an added attraction for someone looking to buy a holiday home. The La Sella Tennis Club is situated in the hills of the La Sella urbanisation.It boasts 6 international standard clay courts and 2 astro tennis courts.
