The village Crit is located in an area with many UNESCO listed architecture monuments, 6 of them could be found in a 40 km range (Malancrav, Biertan, Sighisoara, Saschiz, Viscri, Darjiu). The landscape is of great value, recently included in Tarnava Mare protected as Park Natural area. From Crit village it takes about one and a half hour drive on E60 to Targu Mures in North (industrial town and university center with airport), one hour drive to Brasov in South(important Romanian winter touristic ski resort and also industrial town and university center) or 3 hours drive to Sibiu in West (industrial town and university center with airport).

Area of Crit village is frequented by HRH Prince of Wales who is the Patron of one NGO active in the area. Other NGOs are active in the area in social, bio-diversity, tradition and agriculture related programs.
Access and site conditions
A corner plot in the center of the village,adjacent to a small river, village road and a house plot. Easy access by car or by foot.

The price for the house include: antiques, utility equipment, old furniture, construction materials, etc as the house is in process of restoration and the bathrooms and kitchens aren't ready yet.
